Condo suffers water damage
A pipe broke within the ceiling of the condo and caused water damage throughout the unit. We were there shortly after receiving the call and provided the mitigation services for the unit owner and tenant. The water damage was significant to the ceiling, walls and floors of the condo unit as the photos show. We mitigated the water damage to the structure for the unit owner. We also assisted the tenant with their contents loss including having their piano moved and stored during the restoration process. Both customers were very appreciative of our professionalism and timely fashion in which the loss was mitigated.
