Small Water Line Leak?

Ice makers are standard equipment on most household refrigerators making our lives more convenient.  Convenience can be anything but convenient when the water line leaks.   There are several materials used for these lines, the most common are plastic and copper.  Even a pinhole leak can cause sizable damage.  This loss was caused by such a failure and resulted in water damage to several rooms of this home. In this case, not only the first floor was affect but also the finished basement sustained major water damage.  The rec room included a pool table that had to be moved for the mitigation process to be done.
